the cleanliness of this hotel is a joke, with my room cleaned only once in seven days, not to mention the food area so cramped, it felt like a busy truck stop. i was expecting a complimentary gift for my 'troubles' but instead, just got more disappointment. almost wrote a great review, but just couldn't.

The location was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views and easy access to nearby trekking trails. The variety of swimming pools provided a perfect spot for relaxation after our adventures, and the room size was more than adequate for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
While the amenities were great, we found the dining area a bit crowded during peak times.

The cleanliness of the premises is lacking. rooms are cleaned minimally during stays, often just once. The dining area feels cramped for the number of guests, reminiscent of a truck stop rather than a quality buffet experience. There's also a limited number of sunbeds for lounging around the pools. guests might encounter long waits for room readiness, which can be frustrating after a journey. the experience seems to fall short of the expectations set by a 4-star rating.

Spectacular Views and Excellent Buffet Experience
We enjoyed a delightful week with stunning sea views from our upgraded room, which was spacious and comfortable. The buffet was nothing short of amazing, featuring a wide selection of high-quality dishes for breakfast and lunch, perfect for our needs. The kids had a blast at the water slides and the pool area, making our family time truly enjoyable. the access to the beach could be improved as it’s quite stony.

Stayed at kapetanios aqua resort for 7 nights and loved the location! the sea views from our upgraded superior double room were amazing. also, the staff were super friendly and helpful. the food was great for breakfast and lunch, just what we needed after exploring nearby areas.
